Announced the premiere of Infinite, Paramount’s first original movie: dates and where to watch

Paramount Pictures has announced that the original Infinite from Paramount Pictures will be released on Wednesday, August 11, and will now be available in Canada, Latin America, the Nordic countries and Australia.. It premiered in the US, and quickly became one of the most streamed films through ViacomCBS’ subscription streaming platform.

Infinite is a science-fiction action movie starring Mark Wahlberg that brings the theme of reincarnation, future and past lives, to the big screen. All these scenarios included in a story starring actors such as Chiwetel Ejiofor, Sophie Cookson, Jason Mantzoukas, Robert Friend, Liz Carr, with Toby Jones and Dylan O’Brien.

Kelly Day, President of Streaming, stated that the premiere of Infinite represents content of impact on an international level, “With INFINITE International debuting at Paramount+ in Australia, Canada, the Nordic countries and Latin America, we are laying the groundwork for premium content to launch globally wherever our premium streaming service Paramount+ is available. And we are just beginning.”

The story of Infinity is based on the book The Reincarnation Leaves by de Eric Meikrans, the subject of the film written by Todd Stein, the script written by Ian Shore and directed by Antoine Fuqua (Training Day, Shooter). The film can be viewed in Canada, Latin America, the Nordic countries, the United States and Australia, and the platform also aims to reach more than 45 markets by the end of 2021.
