exist intergalactic threads.
They’re invisible, but they are, and scientists have now realized that they’re in motion.

Super cosmic ways
Giant intergalactic filaments are not directly visible, but their presence is noticeable due to the influence they exert on the light emitted by other distant celestial bodies. These threads are moving. They don’t just move away from us or get close to us, they transform.
This is basically what make it known Leibniz Institute for Astrophysics in Potsdam, Germany.
The researchers were able to calculate the angular momentum of some of these movements. This moment is the primary function of accurately describing spin and shows that these conductors of matter spin on “unprecedented scales”, spanning hundreds of millions of light-years.
The first author of the discovery, astrophysicist Peng Wang, refers to these barely detectable filaments as a kind of “cosmic hyperspeed road.” These “fine cylinders,” whose proportions are comparable to a pencil, contain galaxies, but “at these scales, the galaxies within are themselves samples of dust.”

Matter usually flows from less dense regions to super dense regions and its motion is affected at the vertices or in the helical orbits.
However, the forces responsible for this massive rotation are an unsolved problem for the Potsdam team, as “there is no primitive rotation in the early universe” and any rotation is created when structures form in space.
The team made the discovery using sophisticated mapping of galaxy clusters in deep space and measurements of redshift differences (a state in which electromagnetic radiation emitted or reflected from an object is redshifted at the end of the electromagnetic spectrum) between visible adjacent regions of the sky that can be linked by strings. These differences in redshift, as a function of viewing angle, indicate the difference in velocity between galaxies moving away and approaching the putative drum.
“The rotation of the thread is more clearly detected when the tip is observed,” the investigators explained in detail In the article published in the journal Nature June 14 This summarizes the measurements made. In addition, more rotation is detected as the mass of the halos around the light sources located at each end of the filaments increases.
