People can be seen trying to throw the wig back up to the third floor to get it back to one of the women in the fight.
The twitter user posted the hashtag #notallheroeswearcapes along with it reference to the several people that tried to throw the wig. At the end of the video, what looks like mall security can be seen grabbing the wig and getting swarmed by black Friday shoppers.
Here are a couple more videos from a scene outside of a Forever 21 store in Laehigh Valley Mall in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Another one shows security guards outside a Walmart in Hendersonville, Tennessee attempting to break up the altercation.

Fights frequently break out on the infamous post-Thanksgiving shopping day and it seems that the shopping holiday can be flat out dangerous sometimes.
A video was posted last year of two women fighting each other in a Charlotte, North Carolina Walmart. The video has amassed almost 4 million views and many people found the fight disgusting.
